These are a programmes of work designed specifically for the commissioning organisation; they are unique, no two bespoke programmes/events are the same. They are designed to meet identified need and to 'fit' organisational culture and working practices.

A customised programme is a Standard Programme that has been modified to include reference to the commissioning organisation's working practices, processes and procedures.

Delivery time is calculated in half day units as follows:

• Up to 3.5 hours = 1 x half day
• 3.5 to 7 hours = 2 x half day
• 7 hours to 10.5 hours = 3 x half day

And so on.

Breaks for tea and coffee are included in the above times but lunch times are excluded.

In locations that are more than 50 miles from our offices in Sowerby Bridge, West Yorkshire we do not deliver events that are less than 5 hours.

Within the West Yorkshire area executive coaching may be charged by the hour, with a minimum session of 2 hours.

Studying on one of our qualification programmes does mean completing work in your own time. For the knowledge based programme this can mean additional research and further reading as well working on the assignments and projects that are part of the assessment process.

For the NVQ programmes it may mean further development activities in topics where you are unable to meet the knowledge requirements as well as preparing for assessment.

Accessing any of our diagnostic tools will require individuals to complete the diagnostic outside the hours of the actual development programme.

Homework is sometimes included in our bespoke and customised programmes at the request of the commissioning organisation.

We work with organisations across the United Kingdom and off shore. We also work in Europe and the rest of the world, delivering our programmes to english speaking groups.

Travel, subsistence and accommodation costs are not included in the daily rates and are always quoted separately.

Our qualification programmes are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development

We do not currently offer open or public development programmes.

Yes, we do work outside normal business hours. All such work is negotiated and costed on an individual basis and does include a premium for delivery outside of our normal hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm.
